Okay so how pretty is this set? This was one of my Christmas presents and you should have seen my face when I opened this. I mean the lipstick is so me and that palette.. Enough said. unfortunately guys this set is now sold out but don’t worry, some of the products are still available to buy separately!
When I asked on twitter some of you wanted to see a makeup look with these products so read on to hear my thoughts and the final look…
Hot Lips ‘Secret Salma’
I’ve had my eye on this particular shade for a while so out of the products, this is definitely my favourite. This deep rose plum lipstick is matte but has a gorgeous creamy finish. I love Tilbury’s lipstick formulas, they’re long-lasting, without trying the lips so to have another one to my collection, it’s a real treat. The shade is so me, it reminds me of Posie K and it’s definitely a shade I can wear day or night.
Legendary Lip Liner ‘Bitten Kiss’
I’ve never tried a lipliner from her collection and to have one that will match a lot of my nudes, I can see this becoming a regular go-to liner. Bitten Kiss is more a soft rose nude than plum but together, it’s the perfect pair.
The Legendary Muse Luxury Palette
I’ve always wanted to own a palette but was always a little put off by the price, so to finally own one you can imagine how excited I was to swatch these shades! I LOVE rose gold eye looks and all 4 colours are just so me. On the back of the palette it notes to use the top left shade as a primer, top right as enhance, bottom right as a smoke and then a pop of glitter with the bottom left shade.
Each eyeshadow is super creamy and well pigmented. The pigment isn’t out of this world like other brands but the gold shade is Wow – the glitter speckle sits perfectly on your lids for an instant glam look. Overall I love it and can see myself using it lots in the Summer!
Legendary Lashes ‘Black Vinyl’
I absolutely love this mascara and like the gift set says, this is perfect to keep in your clutch as a touch up. If you haven’t tried this mascara I would definitely recommend it, so I’m glad I’ve got a travel size for hand luggage.
Legendary Eyeliner ‘Bedroom Black’
Another product I haven’t tried is an eyeliner from CT. I’ve only used this on my waterline but it seems to work really well with it being matte and creates a deep black shade. It’s a great little size again for travel, I’m sure I’m not the only girl who has too many eyeliners to count so I could keep this in my bag so I know I’ve always got one handy!
Here’s my dreamy look using all the products. I love how Charlotte’s makeup always looks subtle with the soft shades. The eyeshadows create a natural look that takes literally a couple of minutes. The lipstick on really is the perfect plum nude for me.
I wore this look for an evening meal, I feel I’d need something a little more for night-out makeup, maybe some more glitter to the eyes but for makeup to last all day – this would be a look I’d go with definitely.
