My readers know my go-to jewellery pieces are always silver and I’m a sucker for a good necklace. The team behind Astley Clarke contacted me recently to see if I’d like to pick a necklace from their locket collection. There is plenty to choose from and budgets to suit all!
What really drew me in was the free personalisation. This is of course optional but not always a free option for most places. So that was a nice touch. I decided to go for me and my partner’s initials: B&B. When we got together our nickname become B&B very quickly and it’s always stuck ever since. So it seemed fitting to get this engraved with beautiful script handwriting. I also added a photo of us both from our engagement party.

The necklace itself is a small locket with a beautiful circle of white sapphires. If you are wanting something small and minimalistic that you can style day or night – this is perfect! They of course do larger versions but I really like this style. It doesn’t really look like a locket either so feels more precious. It pairs really well with my other jewellery, especially my engagement ring.
What I didn’t realise until after this arrived is that I’ve picked their Cosmo’s collection. This particular biography cosmos locket is a symbol of infinity. How fitting with our photo and initials.
The photo quality inside too is amazing as you can see. Even better you can change your photo at any time for free. So you really can keep precious memories close to your chest! I already feel like I could wear this on my wedding day next year.
The necklace itself arrived so quickly too considering it was personalised. I ordered it on a Wednesday dinner-time and it arrived by the Friday. Very impressed already. The locket was beautifully packaged in a dark grey and suede box and a little brochure on how to keep your jewellery in the best possible condition.
